How long does it take to manufacture my order ?
We keep stock of all racks, benches, accesories and lots more. If it is in stock and order recevied by 11am, we will ship same day. If your item is made to order, made to order lead time depends on the product – lead time for made to order items is detailed on the product page.

How long does it take to build custom products ?
This really depends on what the item is, small changes and adding logos or custom colours may only take 1-2 weeks where products that require extensive design and testing may take 2-3 months. Our typical leadtime is around 4 weeks. Contact the sales team at team@benchfitness.com for more information on custom built products.

I want to order a made to order time and standard lead time is to long. Can I get it sooner ?
If you want to order an item and you need it sooner than the standard quoted lead times. Get in contact with our team at team@benchfitness.com

I want to order an item but it is out of stock?
For Bench Fitness manufactured items, we check our stock daily and any low stock items we schedule to manufacture. Typically, if an item has gone out of stock, its back in stock within a couple of days. You can contact our sales team at Team@benchfitness.com and they will be able to prioritise your order for you

How long does it take to receive my item?
All Thailand orders received by 11am (GMT +7) on business days are processed the same day. Order recevied after 11am business days, public holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day. Due to the Covid pandemic in Thailand, there may be delays for your shipment to arrive. Bench Fitness Equipment is not responsible for any delays to your shipment.

What local shipping carriers do you use?
We use Nim Express for shipments where packages are under 50kg, 2.5m and 295,488 ccm. For larger shipments and items, we may use local pickups, console shipments and 6 wheel trucks.

When my shipment arrives, do I have to unload ?
If your order has been shipped with Nim Express, the Nim Express driver will unload to ground floor front door only. For console shipments, local pick ups and 6 wheel trucks, the driver is not required to unload your packages. Depending on the driver they may choose to help. Best to ensure you have people on hand to unload your packages.

What if I am not home for delivery?
The shipping company will contact you before the shipment is delivered. If you are not able to be home, you can arrange a suitable time for delivery with the shipping company. Note, the shipping company will not wait for you to arrive home.

Can I pick up my order from your factory ?
Yes! We love having people visit our factory. Please be aware that all visitors may be required to lift atlas stones during their visit!!

What is the factory pick up process ?
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 333/33 Moo 2, Mabyangporn 14, A.Pluakdaeng, T.Mabyangporn, Rayong, Thailand, 21140. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 8am - 5pm on Monday to Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Do you ship internationally ?
Yes!! we ship globablly using a variety of carriers depending on your order. Due to the current covid climate we are experiencing higher than normal LCL and FCL costs, delayed shipments and port congestion around the world. Who pays custom duties and import taxes ?
Depending on the shipping requirement, we can ship orders either door to door, to port or we combine international shipments to one location. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. How long will it take to get my order?
It is very difficult to quote leadtimes at the moment due the covid pandemic and shipping leadtimes, vessel availability is changing daily. Best to contact Jonathon at jonathon@benchfitness.com

Can I pay with paypal ?
Yes! Our team can send you an invoice via paypal. Please note, you will be charged a 4% paypal fee.

Do you have a payment plan ?
Yes! If you have an SCB credit card you can get up to 10 months interest free. Just select installment plan at checkout. On our Shopee store, you can use all Thai credit cards and pay with an installment plan. We do not currently have a payment plan for international credit cards.

Can I pay with cash on delivery ?
Sorry, we don’t accept COD.

Do I have to pay VAT ?
Yes. Legitimate businesses based in Thailand that turnover more than 1.8M THB per year must collect and pay VAT. For international orders, there is no VAT charge.

Can you provide a tax receipt ?
Yes. If you have processed your order online and need a tax receipt. Please email to team@benchfitness.com with your order number and company details. All tax receipts are completed and mailed out at the end of every month.

What is not covered under warranty ?
Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or improper use, alteration, maintenance, or storage by the customer. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear or cosmetic damage. Warranty does not cover minor cosmetic marks, knicks or variations that are deemed to be normal part of hand building equipment.

What is the warranty for non Bench Fitness Products ?
Non Bench Fitness branded products are covered by the specific companies manufacturers warranty. For information on a specific brand or product, please email to team@benchfitness.com

Can I get a refund ?
Bench Fitness Equipment offers a 30 day return policy on any unused items for store credit. Refunds, repair or replacement will be given for items that have a manufacturing defect. Items returned due to change of mind will be given a store credit only. Refunds cannot be given for custom built items, discontinued or sale items.

How do I return an item ?
We will accept returns on items that are unused within 30 days from date of purchase. You will be responsible all costs to return the item. If the item is deemed to be faulty, Bench Fitness Equipment will cover all costs of returning, repairing or exchanging the item.

Do you have a retail store or showroom I can visit ?
We have an onsite gym at our factory located 333/33 Moo 2, Mabyangporn 14, A.Pluakdaeng, T.Mabyangporn, Rayong, Thailand, 21140.

We have been in business since 2017

Do I have to assemble the equipment myself ?
Yes. We have designed our equipment to maximise space efficiency and to reduce shipping costs. Some of our smaller items are already assembled. If you require assistance, please contact team@benchfitness.com

Do I have to install the equipment myself ?
Unless the installation has been prearranged with our team, you will need to install the equipment. If you would like to arrange our team to install for you, please contact team@benchfitness.com

Yes we do! Supporting our strength community is part of our DNA. Email a proposal outlining your event and what kind of sponsorship you are looking for to team@benchfitness.com We will assess your proposal and get back to you with a response. Note, due to the number of requests we get to sponsor events, we can not sponsor them all.
