Non Bench Fitness branded products are covered by the specific companies manufacturers warranty.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or improper use, alteration, maintenance, or storage by the customer. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear or cosmetic damage.

 

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESSING

1. Contact Team Bench
   Please contact Team Bench at team@benchfitness.com with detailed description of the defect, proof of purchase and photos to support your claim.

 

2. Complete a warranty form
   If your claim has been accepted, you will be sent a warranty form which you will need to return completed to team@benchfitness.com 

 

3. Inspection of product

Depending on the product or issue, Bench Fitness may replace the item, request item to be returned to Bench Fitness or send a Bench Fitness Representative to your location to inspect the item.

 

4. Outcome of warranty claim

Once the item has been inspected, Bench Fitness will repair/exchange or exchange the product if the warranty claim meets the warranty guidelines.
