Description

Commercial air-resistance row erg for performance gyms and group training floors.

The STEPR Rower XL VPR uses STEPR's patented VPR™ air resistance system, which responds to the athlete's output as they pull. With more than 100 virtual resistance levels, the same machine covers low-resistance technique work through to heavy strength-endurance rowing and power intervals.

The foot stretcher sits lower than on a conventional erg and the geometry follows a boat rather than a gym machine. The result is a longer stroke, a more upright posture and more consistent power transfer through each pull. A backlit performance console shows the workout data.

The unit measures 2450 mm long, 550 mm wide and 1310 mm high and weighs 57 kg. Supplied by Bench for commercial use.
