Description
Two-grip landmine row attachment for lats, traps and upper back.
The Landmine Wide Row sleeves onto the end of any Olympic barbell and gives both a wide and a narrow knurled grip, so one attachment covers wide rows for the upper back and close rows for the lats. It is compact enough to store on a rack between sessions.

Bench Built 5 Year structural warranty
The welded steel structure — the body, frame or bar and the welds joining it — is covered for 5 years of full commercial use. Sleeves, collars, bearings, coatings and other components carry their own periods. Because we build it, Bench-made spare parts are produced in our own factory to the same drawings, and we support parts for at least 10 years after a model is discontinued.
