Working at Bench

We build gym equipment in Rayong - five factories on the same road, with more than 80 people across them. Engineers, welders, machine operators, coaters and assemblers, with the operations, HR and support staff who keep it running.

Sales, marketing and finance are based at our Pattaya office, alongside our showroom and Thai Strength Club, our own working gym.

We design, engineer and build most of what we sell ourselves. The work here runs from a drawing to a finished machine.

  • You make real things

    Steel comes in as raw material and leaves as equipment that ends up on a gym floor. Nothing here is a spreadsheet exercise.

  • Thai manufacturing, done properly

    More than 80 people in Rayong doing skilled work - laser, press brake, welding, coating, assembly and quality control.

  • Small enough that it matters

    Bench is not a corporation with a graduate scheme. If you are good at something, you will be given room to own it.

  • It goes all over the world

    Equipment built here trains people in more than 20 countries, from military facilities across Asia to international gym franchises.

  • We build our own product

    Design, engineering and manufacturing are all ours, so an improvement you suggest can be in production rather than in a queue.

  • Train where you work

    Thai Strength Club is our own gym, kitted out with our own equipment.
