Description
Plate-loaded prone hamstring curl for commercial gyms.
The Lying Hamstring Curl puts the lifter face down on the pad and loads the hamstrings through a prone curl. Independent movement arms are counterbalanced, so each leg can be worked on its own or together and the arms stay controlled at the top and bottom of the range even under heavy loading.
Two knurled grab handles sit under the pad to lock the upper body in place during setup and through the set. Starting resistance is 5kg, which keeps the empty machine light enough for warm-up sets and new members.
Weight pins on the movement arms and the plate storage are stainless steel. The 75mm x 75mm steel tube frame is built by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 139kg.

Bench Built Lifetime frame warranty
The frame is covered for as long as you keep the equipment in service at the facility it was supplied to. Frame means the welded steel structure: base, uprights and main supports. Movement arms, safeties, bearings, pads and cables carry their own periods. Because we build it, Bench-made spare parts are produced in our own factory to the same drawings, and we support parts for at least 10 years after a model is discontinued.
Lifetime frame · 5 yr structural moving parts · 2 yr bearings, bushes, pulleys · 1 yr coatings, upholstery, cables

Bench is a manufacturer. Over 80% of what we sell is designed by our own engineers and built at our own factories in Rayong - laser cut, welded, powder coated and assembled. For the rest, we choose the specialist suppliers ourselves and hold them to the same specification.
