Description
Seated plate-loaded pullover for lat and upper-back isolation.
The Pull Over trains the lats through a long arc from overhead to the hips, one of the few machine movements that loads the lats without the arms bending. Because the elbows stay fixed on the pad, the biceps and forearms cannot take over and the back works through a range that rows and pulldowns do not reach.
Resistance runs through a belt-driven system rather than a cable. The belt gives a consistent feel through the whole arc and reduces the wear and replacement that cable systems need on a busy floor. Seat adjustment is gas-assisted. Empty starting load is 20kg.
Movement arm and storage weight pins are stainless steel. The 75mm x 75mm steel tube frame is built by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 185kg.

Bench Built Lifetime frame warranty
The frame is covered for as long as you keep the equipment in service at the facility it was supplied to. Frame means the welded steel structure: base, uprights and main supports. Movement arms, safeties, bearings, pads and cables carry their own periods. Because we build it, Bench-made spare parts are produced in our own factory to the same drawings, and we support parts for at least 10 years after a model is discontinued.
