Description
Seated plate-loaded hamstring curl for commercial gyms.
The Seated Hamstring Curl works the hamstrings from a hip-flexed position, which keeps the muscle under tension through the full curl rather than easing off at the bottom. The lifter is locked in by the back pad and thigh restraint, so the load stays on the hamstrings instead of the lower back.
A gas-assisted back pad adjustment positions the user from the seat, and a hand start-assist lever brings the movement arm into position so the first rep starts smoothly. Two knurled grab handles under the pad and a front grab bar hold the body steady under load.
The foot platform is aluminium checker plate. Weight pins on the movement arm and storage are stainless steel. The 75mm x 75mm steel tube frame is built by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 189kg.

Bench Built Lifetime frame warranty
The frame is covered for as long as you keep the equipment in service at the facility it was supplied to. Frame means the welded steel structure: base, uprights and main supports. Movement arms, safeties, bearings, pads and cables carry their own periods. Because we build it, Bench-made spare parts are produced in our own factory to the same drawings, and we support parts for at least 10 years after a model is discontinued.
Lifetime frame · 5 yr structural moving parts · 2 yr bearings, bushes, pulleys · 1 yr coatings, upholstery, cables

Australian designed. Built in our Rayong factories.
Bench is a manufacturer. Over 80% of what we sell is designed by our own engineers and built at our own factories in Rayong - laser cut, welded, powder coated and assembled. For the rest, we choose the specialist suppliers ourselves and hold them to the same specification.
