Description

Sand and iron filled slam balls for conditioning areas and group training. Sold individually.

The Slam Ball 2.0 is built for slams, throws, squats, lunges and carries. A sand and iron fill gives a dead-weight landing with no bounce, so the ball stays where it lands in a busy class.

The PVC outer is ribbed for a secure hold when hands are wet. Weights run from 5kg to 30kg.
