Description

Plate-loaded belt squat for heavy lower-body training without spinal loading. For commercial gyms.

The GLUTE PRO Belt Squat loads the hips through a belt rather than the shoulders, so lifters can squat heavy without compressing the spine. That makes it a practical option for members working around back issues, for high-volume leg sessions, and for adding squat variety without a barbell.

The elevated platform gives room to squat deep through a full range of motion. The platform is wide and non-slip, so stance width and foot position can be varied to shift emphasis between quads and glutes. Resistance band hooks let trainers change the load curve without unloading plates.

The main frame is 100mm x 50mm steel tube, powder coated, with stainless steel weight pins for smooth plate loading. Overall footprint is 2089mm long by 1427mm wide across the weight pins, 1240mm high, at 128kg. Built by Bench in Thailand.

The welded steel frame — base, uprights and main supports — is covered for 10 years of full commercial use. Movement arms, safeties, bearings, pads and cables carry their own periods. Because we build it, Bench-made spare parts are produced in our own factory to the same drawings, and we support parts for at least 10 years after a model is discontinued.
