Description

BENCH rubber resistance bands in graded widths for strength, mobility and rehab.

The BENCH Resistance Bands come in graded widths, each giving a different resistance range. Red 13mm gives roughly 2kg to 16kg, black 22mm roughly 5kg to 32kg, purple 32mm roughly 10kg to 35kg and green 44mm roughly 20kg to 55kg.

Each band is 1040mm long and made from rubber. Use them for assisted pull-ups, banded barbell work, stretching and rehabilitation.
