Neutral grip lat bar with rotating handles for vertical pulling. Supplied by Bench.

A wide neutral-grip lat bar with 735mm between the handles. The rotating handle assembly and rotating eyelet let each grip turn as the elbows track down, keeping the wrists and shoulders in a neutral position under load. Hard chromed Q235 steel with 25mm handles and a medium knurl.
