The Bench Sandbag is built for carries, lunges, squats and competition-style sandbag work. The Cordura nylon shell has double-stitched seams, and two Velcro-sealed inner bags keep sand contained and moisture out.

Seven nylon handles give a range of grip positions for bear-hug carries, shouldering and cleans. Competition weights of 10kg, 20kg and 30kg are joined by 15kg and 25kg.
