Description

Glute-ham developer for commercial strength and conditioning gyms.

The CORE GHD is built on a 75 x 50mm steel tube frame and weighs 111kg, so it stays planted under fast GHD sit-ups and loaded glute-ham raises. The leg rollers adjust for height and the foot supports adjust for height and reach, setting the hip pivot correctly for different leg lengths and giving a full range of motion on both movements.

Foam supports are covered in textured vinyl. Multiple band peg holes add resistance at the top of the movement, and rear wheels let one person move it. Footprint is 1947mm x 1140mm, height 1265mm. Built by Bench in Thailand.
