Description

Rack-mounted jammer arms for pressing, rowing and explosive work on CORE rigs and racks.

CORE Jammer Arms fit any CORE rig or rack and turn it into a lever-arm pressing and rowing station. The main frame has a multi-position lock to set the start height for chest presses, shoulder presses, rows and explosive jammer drives, and multiple grip angles on each handle let athletes change hand position without changing the set-up.

Each arm is 75 x 75mm steel tube, 1018mm high, 718mm long and 210mm wide, and weighs 15kg. Six hitch pins are included.
