Description

Seated plate-loaded row with chest support and adjustable handles.

The Seated Row is a horizontal pull taken from a seat with the chest against a support pad, so the lower back is held out of the movement and the lats and mid-back take the load. The lifter drives the feet into the platform and pulls the handles back towards the body.

The rotating D-handles adjust horizontally across multiple positions, which changes the width and angle of the row and shifts emphasis between the outer lats and the middle of the back. Seat height is gas-assisted. The aluminium checker plate foot platform adjusts for leg length, and grab handles behind the chest pad help the lifter get set.

Empty starting load is 10kg. Movement and storage pins are stainless steel. The 75mm x 75mm steel tube frame is built by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 158kg.
