Description

Plate-loaded hack squat with interchangeable 30 and 45 degree uprights.

The Hack Squat loads a squat with the back against an angled pad and the feet out in front on a large aluminium checker plate footplate. Foot position sets the emphasis: low and close biases the quads, higher brings in more glute. The footplate angle adjusts across four positions.

It ships with interchangeable uprights for a 30 or 45 degree sled angle. Starting load is 25kg at 30 degrees and 31kg at 45 degrees. Range limiters set the depth across fifteen positions, and a three-position safety stop system catches the sled. Grab handles at the seat base help the lifter in and out.

The sled runs on upgraded bearings and movement assemblies, with stainless steel movement and storage pins. The frame is built from 75 x 75 and 75 x 100 tube by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 354kg.
