Description

Seated plate-loaded high row for upper-back thickness.

The High Row pulls from above and in front of the lifter down and back towards the upper chest. That path sits between a pulldown and a horizontal row, building upper-back thickness and rear delts while still working the lats.

The lifter is seated with the knees under an angled pad, which keeps the body planted as the load increases and is shaped to reduce upholstery wear at the contact point. Seat height is gas-assisted and the feet rest on an aluminium checker plate platform. Handles are rotating D-handles with softened knurling, on zinc-coated and powder-coated assemblies.

Empty starting load is 1kg, so resistance is whatever the user puts on the pins. Movement and storage pins are stainless steel. The 75mm x 75mm steel tube frame is built by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 186kg.
