Description

Plate-loaded incline bench press for upper-chest pressing.

The Incline Bench Press reproduces an incline barbell press on a fixed movement arm. The lifter lies back on the inclined pad and presses up and forward along a path set for the upper chest, with no bar to stabilise and no spotter needed.

Handle angles adjust across three positions to line the wrists and shoulders up for each user, and the adjustment mechanism has been revised so changing angle is faster and locks more securely. A gas-assisted start and stop adjustment sets the handle height in three positions. The movement arms have been reinforced on this version and the empty starting load reduced to 7kg.

Movement and storage pins are stainless steel and the head contact point carries a standard wear sleeve. The 75mm x 75mm steel tube frame is built by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 155kg.
