Description
Low-profile plate-loaded machine for deadlift, shrug and pull-style lower-body movements.
The Multi Lift is a low, open machine that supports several pulling movements in one 561mm high footprint. The lifter stands inside the frame and pulls the movement arm from a set starting height, which means deadlift-pattern work, shrugs and similar lifts can be loaded heavily on a fixed path without a barbell.
The starting height is adjustable, so the same machine can be set up for a pull from the floor, a rack-height pull or a shrug depending on the user and the exercise. Handles are rotating D-handles with softened, backed-off knurling that grips without tearing hands over a high-volume session. Handle assemblies are zinc coated and then powder coated.
Weight pins on the movement arm and storage are stainless steel. The 75mm x 75mm steel tube frame is built by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 131kg.

Bench Built Lifetime frame warranty
The frame is covered for as long as you keep the equipment in service at the facility it was supplied to. Frame means the welded steel structure: base, uprights and main supports. Movement arms, safeties, bearings, pads and cables carry their own periods. Because we build it, Bench-made spare parts are produced in our own factory to the same drawings, and we support parts for at least 10 years after a model is discontinued.
