Description

Standing plate-loaded chest press for athletic, full-body pressing.

The Standing Chest Press takes the lifter off the seat. Pressing from a standing position means the legs, hips and trunk have to brace while the arms drive, which suits athletes and performance gyms that want a press closer to pushing an opponent or a sled.

The back pad angle is adjustable to set the pressing line, and the handle assemblies are knurled with both neutral and horizontal grip positions. A foot-assisted start brings the arms into position, and the head contact point carries a standard wear sleeve.

The lifter stands on an aluminium checker plate platform. Movement arm weight pins are stainless steel. Starting resistance is 28kg. The 75mm x 75mm steel tube frame is built by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 214kg.
