Description

Plate-loaded standing hip abductor for isolated glute medius training in commercial gyms.

The GLUTE PRO Standing Hip Abductor trains hip abduction from a standing position rather than seated. Standing puts the working hip in a position closer to how it stabilises the body in walking, running and single-leg work, and lets the user control the movement through a full range.

Load comes from plates on stainless steel weight pins. Band pegs on the frame let trainers add accommodating resistance and progress load without changing plates.

The main frame is 100mm x 50mm steel tube, powder coated. At 756mm wide and 1758mm long it takes up a narrow strip of floor, standing 1454mm high at 136kg. Built by Bench in Thailand.
