Description

Combined plate-loaded leg curl and leg extension for space-conscious commercial gyms.

The CORE Leg Curl / Leg Extension puts two upper-leg isolation movements on one frame. Lifters switch between seated leg extensions for the quads and leg curls for the hamstrings with a simple changeover, so one machine covers both muscle groups in a 1477mm x 876mm footprint and leaves floor space for other equipment.

The back pad adjusts for angle and the leg pad adjusts for position, which lines the knee up with the pivot for lifters of different heights and suits beginners through to strength athletes. Pads are covered in textured grip vinyl. The main frame is 60 x 60mm steel tube, the machine stands 867mm high and weighs 90kg. Built by Bench in Thailand.
