Description

Height-adjustable foam-topped box for box squats and step-ups in commercial gyms.

A box squat teaches depth and a dead stop at the bottom of the lift. The REVOLVE Adjustable Box Squat gives coaches one box that sets to the athlete rather than a stack of boxes at fixed heights. The top adjusts from 337mm to 462mm.

The 50cm x 50cm top pad is foam covered. The main frame is 60mm x 60mm steel tube, 610mm long by 626mm wide, and the box weighs 22kg. Built by Bench in Thailand.
