Description

Floor-level Nordic curl bench for hamstring training in commercial gyms.

Nordic curls are hard to set up without a partner or a loaded bar to hook the feet under. The REVOLVE Nordic Curl Bench gives the lift a fixed station: the athlete kneels on the pad, locks the ankles under the leg supports and lowers under control with the hamstrings doing the work.

The leg lock adjusts to suit different leg lengths. The pads are high-density foam. The main frame is 75mm x 50mm steel tube, 1473mm long by 546mm wide, 598mm at its highest point, and weighs 76kg. Built by Bench in Thailand.
