Description
Two-tier 1.2m rack for 5 pairs of round dumbbells in commercial gyms.
The 1.2m 2 Tier Storage holds 5 pairs of round dumbbells up to 70kg each across two shelves, in the same 1330mm by 646mm footprint as the single-tier unit. Two tiers keep the run short, so a full set of heavy dumbbells sits within a few steps of the benches.
The side frames are 75mm x 75mm mild steel tube with a powder coat finish. A large branding plate carries the gym's name or logo, and the shelves are pre-drilled for optional stainless steel weight indicators. Matching 1.2m extensions bolt on. Built by Bench in Thailand.

The welded steel frame — uprights, crossmembers and base — is covered for 10 years of full commercial use. Safeties, spotter arms, J-cups, pads and hardware carry their own periods. Because we build it, Bench-made spare parts are produced in our own factory to the same drawings, and we support parts for at least 10 years after a model is discontinued.
