Description

Pair of 200mm squat wedges in 5, 10 or 15 degrees. Sold in pairs.

CORE Squat Wedges raise the heels on a fixed angle so lifters with limited ankle or hip mobility can reach a full squat depth with the torso upright and weight through the mid-foot. The deeper position loads the quads and hamstrings through a longer range. Each wedge is 200mm wide and formed from 3mm checker plate, so stance width can be set by the lifter. Sold in pairs. Available in 5, 10 and 15 degree angles.
