Description

Height-adjustable strongman yoke for carries and overhead work in commercial and strength gyms.

The REVOLVE Yoke is a strongman carry frame with 75x75mm steel tube uprights. The crossbar is fully height adjustable so athletes of any height can set the bar at the right shoulder position, and the same adjustment lets it double as a fixed bar for overhead and rack work.

Loading is on 400mm pins, with 4 REVOLVE bright zinc hitch pins included. The frame bolts together with 24mm bright zinc bolts and a Bench wrench is supplied for assembly. Footprint is 1530mm long by 1400mm wide, 1880mm tall, 85kg. Built by Bench in Thailand.
