Description

73 kg heavy push and pull sled for conditioning in commercial gyms.

A sled that does not need loading to feel heavy. The frame is 75 x 50 x 3.2 mm box tube with 8 mm plate, 1200 mm long and 600 mm wide, weighing 73 kg bare. Athletes push from the tall vertical handles at 1008 mm or either set of horizontal handles, and a harness and rope attachment point adds pulling work. A bumper plate stood vertically on the front horizontal pin turns the sled into a loaded wheelbarrow.
