The Kratos Strongman Barbell has been designed to give maximum flex and whip. This  unique bar is even longer than our iconic 2.4m Deadlift Bar at a massive 10ft - over 3m in length! This bar is for Strongman Deadlifts, bringing a new dimension to deadlifting as an event, and makes training deadlifts fun and interesting again!

It’s a very different feeling to deadlift on our Kratos Strongman Barbell compared to a power or deadlift bar! The pull off the floor will take a lot longer to break, as you have to pull all the slack (flex) out of the barbell. This can feel like the plates are never going to leave the floor but once it does, it will come up fast. The next thing to overcome will be the flex and movement at the top of the lift, these bars are a lot more lithe and this will present a new challenge.

Despite its extreme length this is a durable bar with bronze bushes, zinc shaft and sleeves and has our Cerberus Strength 3-year functional warranty*. It has a massive 600mm loadable sleeve length - this bar is made for big weight! Larger extra-wide collars keep the weight plates even further out to add even more flex and whip. With aggressive knurl, powerlifting markings and no centre knurl.
