Description

Rubber-coated Olympic change plates from 0.5kg to 2.5kg for small load increases. Sold in pairs.

Change Plates let lifters add load in steps smaller than the next bumper plate. Pairs run from 0.5kg up to 2.5kg, so a bar can go up in 1kg jumps.

Each plate is rubber coated and colour coded by weight. They fit all Olympic 50mm barbell sleeves and are made to a +/- 3% tolerance.
