Description

Plate-loaded flat bench press for commercial chest training.

The Flat Bench Press reproduces horizontal barbell pressing on a fixed movement arm, so the lifter can go heavy without a spotter. Handles adjust across three angles to line the wrists and shoulders up for each user, and the handle adjustment mechanism has been revised on this version so changing angle is faster and locks more securely.

A gas-assisted start and stop adjustment sets the handle height in three positions, from a deep stretch to a shorter partial. The empty starting load has been reduced to 6kg, so lighter members can use the machine with a single plate.

Movement and storage pins are stainless steel and the head contact point carries a standard wear sleeve. The 75mm x 75mm steel tube frame is built by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 149kg.
