Description

Plate-loaded incline fly for chest isolation under load.

The Incline Fly loads the chest through a stretch and squeeze with the arms held on a fixed arc, so the shoulders and triceps stay out of it and the pecs take the full range from stretch to contraction. The incline angle biases the upper chest.

The movement arms have three positions, which changes where the stretch starts and how wide the arc runs. Seat height adjusts so the handles line up with the chest for each user. Empty starting load is 5kg, light enough for a warm-up or a finisher.

Handle assemblies have been revised with softened knurling, a zinc undercoat and a powder-coated finish. The head contact point carries a standard wear sleeve. Movement arm weight pins are stainless steel. The 75mm x 75mm steel tube frame is built by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 82kg.
