Description

Seated plate-loaded chest press for commercial gyms.

The Seated Bench Press is a horizontal chest press taken from an upright seat. The lifter is braced against the back pad with the feet on the floor, so the press is stable, there is no bar to balance and no spotter needed.

Five back pad angles let the user move the press from flat towards a slight incline or decline. Handles have two positions, horizontal and angled, with a revised adjustment mechanism for quicker changes. Seat height is gas-assisted. The empty starting load has been reduced to 8kg so the same machine serves light and heavy lifters.

Movement and storage pins are stainless steel and the head contact point carries a standard wear sleeve. The 75mm x 75mm steel tube frame is built by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 207kg.
