Description

Seated plate-loaded shoulder press for commercial gyms.

The Shoulder Press is a seated overhead press on a fixed movement arm. The lifter is braced against the back pad with the load on a set path, so heavy overhead pressing needs no balancing.

The back pad angle adjusts across five positions to move the press between a more upright shoulder position and a slight lean back. Handles have three positions with a revised adjustment mechanism. Seat height is gas-assisted, and a second gas strut sets the safety and start position in two positions so the arms begin from a comfortable height. The empty starting load has been reduced to 5kg.

Movement arm and storage weight pins are stainless steel and the head contact point carries a standard wear sleeve. The 75mm x 75mm steel tube frame is built by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 183kg.
