Description

Plate-loaded T bar row with a 13-position handle system.

The T Bar Row is a standing, bent-over row on a pivoting lever arm. The lifter stands on two large aluminium checker plate platforms, hinges at the hips and pulls the handles into the body, which loads the mid-back heavily with the lats working as well. With no chest support it also trains the lower back and hamstrings to hold the position under load.

Handles are rotating D-handles with softened knurling on a 13-position adjustment system, so grip width and height can be set for each user and for different back emphasis. Handle assemblies are zinc coated and powder coated.

Empty starting load is 19kg. The movement arm pin is stainless steel. The main frame is 75mm x 75mm steel tube, built by Bench in Thailand. It sits 566mm high and weighs 86kg.
