Description

Kneeling single-leg plate-loaded hamstring curl with a compact footprint.

The Kneeling Leg Curl works one hamstring at a time with the lifter kneeling on the opposite leg and braced forward on the chest pad. The hip stays extended throughout the curl, so the hamstring is worked through a long range while the lower back is supported rather than loaded.

The empty starting resistance is 3kg, one of the lightest in the range, which suits light warm-up sets and members returning from injury. The elbow contact points carry an upholstery wear cover, the spot where a kneeling machine wears first.

At 966mm long it fits where a lying or seated curl will not. Weight pins on the movement arm and storage are stainless steel. The 75mm x 75mm steel tube frame is built by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 172kg.
