Description

Straight-line plate-loaded rowing machine for commercial gyms.

The Linear Row moves the handle along a straight path rather than an arc, so the pull feels the same from the first rep to the last and the load stays on the mid-back and lats. Lifters brace against the back pad and drive through two large aluminium checker plate foot platforms, which gives a solid base when the plates stack up.

Grip options cover most rowing styles. There is a fixed knurled pull bar and a pair of adjustable knurled angle handles, and the back pad angle adjusts across five positions to change how upright the lifter sits and where the row lands on the back.

Starting resistance is 15kg. Movement-arm weight pins are stainless steel. The 75mm x 75mm steel tube frame is built by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 168kg.
