Description

Seated plate-loaded decline press for lower-chest training.

The Seated Decline Press presses downward and forward from a seated position to load the lower chest. The lifter is upright rather than inverted, and the plates load beside the seat so the machine is easy to set up alone.

The back pad angle adjusts through five positions, which shifts the pressing line from a steeper decline to something closer to flat so each user can find the angle that hits the lower chest. Seat height is gas-assisted. The handle adjustment mechanism has been revised on this version for faster, firmer changes, and the head contact point carries a standard wear sleeve.

The empty starting load has been reduced to 8kg. Movement and storage pins are stainless steel. The 75mm x 75mm steel tube frame is built by Bench in Thailand. Machine weight is 246kg.
