Description

Plate-loaded glute kick back machine for isolated hip extension in commercial gyms.

The GLUTE PRO Kick Back isolates the glutes through a fixed hip-extension path. Because the movement is guided, members can load the glutes hard without the lower back taking over, which makes it a useful station for both strength and hypertrophy programming.

Resistance comes from plates on stainless steel weight pins, with band pegs on the frame for adding accommodating resistance and progressing load without changing plates. Padding supports the user through the movement.

The main frame is 75mm x 50mm steel tube, powder coated. The machine occupies 1286mm by 1335mm, stands 1596mm high and weighs 105kg. Built by Bench in Thailand.
