Description

40kg plate-loadable monster dumbbell for strongman training.

The Monster DB brings the strongman monster dumbbell into a commercial gym. It weighs 40kg unloaded and takes small-diameter Olympic plates on the sleeves, so the load scales with the lifter.

It measures 750mm long with 330mm diameter heads and a solid steel 50mm grip, so the hand and forearm work as hard as the shoulder on every press. Built by Bench in Thailand. The coating on the sleeves will wear where plates slide on and off.
