Description

25kg plate-loadable monster dumbbell, the entry point to strongman pressing.

The Monster DB 25KG weighs 25kg unloaded and takes small-diameter Olympic plates, giving lifters a lighter way into monster dumbbell work than the 40kg Monster DB.

It measures 542mm long with 269mm diameter heads. The grip and sleeves are solid 50mm steel and the outer shell is 5mm rolled sheet, with 5mm and 6mm sheet steel through the build. Built by Bench in Thailand. The coating on the sleeves will wear where plates slide on and off.
