Description

Sissy squat station for quad isolation in commercial gyms.

The sissy squat loads the quadriceps without the hips taking over. The athlete locks the calves against the rear pad, stands on the footplate and leans back from the knees, so the quads control the whole descent and drive.

Two adjustment points move the high-density foam pads for height and reach. The base plate is non-slip and it rolls on wheels. The main frame is 75 x 75 steel tube with 1 inch black zinc bolts, 1197mm long by 666mm wide, 528mm at its highest point, and weighs 40kg. Built by Bench in Thailand.
